David Gantz is a designer, builder and fabricator based in Bloomington Indiana. A Bloomington native, after receiving a B.F.A in painting from IU he relocated to the California Bay Area to pursue artistic and musical endevours. While in California he worked building sets for photoshoots, in fabrication shops and in home and commercial renovations. In 2017 he and his wife opened a cookbook/food photography studio in which David and his wife designed and built. He managed operations and clients and created a vast library of background shooting surfaces. In 2023 David and his family purchased and renovated a farm property in Bloomington. This large project showcases his talents as a designer and builder along with his project management skills. The farm is the location of his wood shop and design studio. He is currently taking on bathroom and kitchen renovations, custom cabinetry, built ins, commercial interiors and displays. Please contact David for inquires about your project needs.
